Indoor Cycling

Certified by Schwinn

I got into "spin" while I was living on the island of Guam.

Actually my first experience years prior had scared me off of indoor cycling...big NYC studio, very intimidating. But in Guam the cycling studio radiated with the openess and fun-loving nature of the people who lived there and I fell in love. THIS is the kind of spin I wanna do.

Fun, party lighting, music I know and can sing along to while a rock it out to the beat. That's what inspires me and I hope it will inspire you.

Mindfulness Meditation

Certified Meditation Leader

by The School of Positive Transformation

Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. Mindfulness can be defined as a mental state that involves being fully focused on "the now" so you can acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment.

Group meditations focus on deep breathing and awareness of body and mind, with spoken word and space for silent precence.
